Seven years and going strong! Celebrating our 7 year anniversary! March 23, 2009.

A night to ourselves! Matt and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Gamekeeper downtown. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We stayed at the Owyhee Plaza overnight and enjoyed a quiet evening without the kids. It was a much needed break for both of us. Nine years together and going strong!

Spring Break Fun!

When it's rainy and cold outside for spring break, the kids got creative and played dress-up. Allison loves to get her brothers all dolled up, complete with party dresses and hats. The boys think it's a great time! They dance and play and entertain themselves for hours!
Andrew loves these socks of mine, they are the perfect leg warmers.
Our little witch princess. Mason is sporting his favorite green tutu and witch hat!

Allison, the QUEEN of dress up is dancing in one of her past recital outfits. Spring break was a a lot of fun the kids. I feel lucky that Alli and Mason play so well together. (Most of the time).

Easter Weekend

The Easter egg hunt in the neighborhood park was a hit! This is so much fun for the kids as they have different areas designated for each age group. It was so cute to watch Andrew pick up his eggs, inspect them, then drop them into his little bucket. Good times.

Egg Dying

Here are some real works of art!

The best part was getting Andrew to bok like a chicken....it's the funniest thing ever.

Funny Photos

Peek-a-boo I see you. This is our favorite game to play. Here, Andrew is coming down the stairs. He is such a busy boy, he really keeps my hoppin....but he's so happy and so much fun. His smile and little laugh make me melt.
My two boys, best of friends. They love to hang out in their "lazy boy" chairs together. They are so much fun to watch and play with. (Mason 3 1/2, Andrew 1)

Andrew has already learned that the remote control is a valuable posession. What a tease.

Look at me, so BIG! One year old and walking, weighing in at 38 pounds and 30 inches tall.

Andrew's FIRST Birthday

For Andrew's first birthday we had a big party at the house with friends. I made soup and bread and salad and of course birthday cake. I made a special sign that was hanging up over his chair and we all had such a great time. It's really hard to believe that a year has flown by.

Andrew loved eating his cake - it was covered in little marshmellows. Of course he started walking when he was 11 months, so by his first birthday he was toddling all over the place, getting into whatever he could find.

I love my little man! He brings me so much joy. Happy birthday sweetheart.

2008 Christmas

Christmas Eve took place at Nana's house (Matt's mom). We had a nice dinner and then opened presents from her. Merry Christmas from the Price Family! Don't you think this should be on our next Christmas card? Here we are....all looking our best at 6 am.

Allison and Mason were so excited that they woke up at 2 am. We promptly put them back into bed and told them it wasn't time to get up. Then they got up at 5 am. This time Matt got up and laid down with Mason for a little while. We held off until 6 and then went downstairs to let the fun begin.
Allison got a treasure chest with dress up clothes. She is our little actress, always singing and dancing!

Mason got a cool stomper set that came with two trucks. They are motorized (of course) so they have traveled all over our house.
As for Andrew, he was mostly excited about the wrapping paper and bows. They were fun to swing around and carry all over. It was sure fun to watch him his first Christmas.

He loves his new little car! He is now walking all over and learning how to push himself along on his car.

I realize now that we never took a picture of the cute little Christmas tree we had. Matt took the kids up to Idaho City one Saturday and cut a fresh one for us to have for the season. They had a great time together and we have decided to make it an annual family event. They got a cute little tree that we put on top of a table so Andrew wouldn't tear it apart. It was the perfect solution for us this year. Andrew really enjoyed the lights and decor, but it was all at a safe distance.
Happy New Year 2009 Everyone!
